Lever Overview
At Alloy, we use Lever as our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), or what they call, Talent Relationship Management (TRM) e.g. ATS + CRM. This helps us a ton with recruiting, at scale; from pushing job ads to LinkedIn and other boards, managing job descriptions and interview plans, scheduling management, sharing feedback, with a ton of automation in-between so nothing falls through the cracks and we give folks a memorable experience with us whether or not they end up working here.
