We use Secureframe to meet our security requirements/audits, stay compliant through automated reports and alerts and help us scale safely.

Please make sure you are completing the following tasks:

• [ ] Review and accept all security policies and your background check via Secureframe before you join
• [ ] Security Awareness Training within your first week, including downloading and installing the Secureframe agent onto your computer.
• [ ] If you are on a Mac, please download and install this Screen Lock and Password policy and install onto your computer: after installing, go to System Preferences > Profiles > locate the downloaded policy and click ‘Install’.
• [ ] Install this antivirus software onto your computer and send Danny a screenshot after installation
• [ ] Turn on 2FA (Two Factor Authentication) for your Google Account: Manage your Google Account > Security > Signing in to Google > 2-Step Verification
• [ ] Watch and read about security at Alloy, and use these guidelines when creating passwords and storing sensitive information.
• [ ] Use Bitwarden for relevant work accounts and passwords (you should receive an email for your account in the first week)
