While the ‘why’ and ‘what’ in our work, goals, outcomes, existence, etc. are all important, the ‘how’ is just as important, if not more. We look to our values as the OS of Alloy; how we hire, how we fire, how we function, how we behave, how we make decisions, how each of us are accretive to the culture here and how we will achieve our ‘what’ and ‘why.’
